What to expect:
A 30-day detox program to detoxify and replenish the whole body in a systematic manner. We`ll concentrate on cleansing a different organ system over the course of 30 days.
I will support your efforts with weekly online gatherings to share your transformational experience.
Week 1: focuses on cleansing the digestive system and cutting off toxic substances and foods that cause inflammation. Support the lymphatic system with simple exercises and self-massages.
Week 2: focuses on supporting the cleansing of our main organs and systems like the liver, kidneys, colon, and blood system, adding some tinctures and teas. Decrease processed food.
Week 3: focuses on helping the detoxifying process eliminate environmental toxins such as chemical skincare and cosmetics products.
Week 4: focuses on nourishing and strengthening the body and immune system. I develop a plan to limit – but not completely eliminate – the foods we purged from our system in previous weeks.

In general, for the next 30 days, you’ll be eating super clean little processed foods, you`ll know what kinds of herbs to implement, adjust some exercises to your daily routine – no more than 10 minutes a day . You’ll start getting you relief from your symptoms and ramping up your weight loss by allowing your gut to heal with my healthy plant-based plan. It’s delicious and filling and doesn’t require you to count calories, cut carbs, figure out macros, or spend your life in the kitchen. My method consists of providing you with big lists of foods for you to choose from in the categories of proteins, vegetables, fruits, whole grains and fats. You’ll know how many daily servings you need in each category for optimum health and achieving (and maintaining) your ideal weight. You can choose the foods you like from these lists to come up with your own meals, use my recipes or other recipes that have those foods, or you can even use the same system to eat out. It’s super flexible.
